Grof® Breathwork Retreat at Osho Humaniversity, The Netherlands with Ole Ry and Katie Sharrock
Deep immersion retreat: 3 days - 4 breathwork sessions
This retreat will be facilitated in English.
Grof® Breathwork is a unique, powerful, experiential method of self-exploration and psychotherapy developed by Stanislav Grof and his late wife Christina, based on perennial wisdom traditions and the results of modern consciousness research.
A combination of simple means: accelerated breathing, evocative music, and energy-releasing bodywork induces deep, holotropic states of consciousness, and the activation of our inner healing capacity, physically, psychologically and spiritually. Holotropic literally means moving towards wholeness.
In this group session participants work in pairs and alternate in the roles of “breathers” and “sitters.” The process is supervised by trained facilitators, who assist participants whenever support is needed.
The breathwork sessions last approximately 3 hours. In the workshop, there will be four sessions in total. Each participant will take part twice as an active breather and twice as a “sitter” to another participant. In the facilitated sharing circle we integrate the experiences of the day.
This is a unique extended workshop, with 4 breathing sessions in total (2 as a breather and 2 as a sitter).
Date:
09:00 hrs on 29th January to 19:00 hrs on 31st January
