Ireland, has worked as a nurse, midwife and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinician for over 28 years. She has also qualified in Herbal medicine, and celtic shamanism, and is trained to teach Tai Chi and Qigong. She graduated from Grof Transpersonal Training in 2012. (Read more)

Her practice includes people in psycho spiritual distress, post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety states; addiction recovery, cancer care and immune support. She offers guidance and care concerning fertility, pregnancy and the birthing process. She has guided many people towards and during conscious birthing and deathing processes. She has been a facilitator in personal growth workshops since 2008, and trained with Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) with Stanislav and Christina Grof and Tav Sparks. She holds regular workshops in breathwork in Ireland, Scotland and has facilitated in holotropic workshops in Spain, Romania and USA.

Kate has created and managed two Holistic Healing centres 1999 and 2009 and is currently running a small residential retreat centre in County Wexford, Ireland where she runs her clinical practice. She lectures in fertility and obstetric medicine to TCM practitioners, and teaches Tai Chi, Chigong and Mindfulness Taoist meditation.

She has a deep commitment to offer a wide variety of healing modalities, and ways to help individuals to take full charge of their own healing journeys.

Kate lives with her dog and cat, and has a 27 year old son with whom she had a home birth.
